These terms apply to your use of the website at proprt.app. They are not the agreement under which an agency licenses the Proprt application. That is a separate signed contract, and nothing on this website forms part of it or varies it.
Proprt is a product of The IT WORK. Questions about these terms go to desk@proprt.app.
You may read this site, and share links to it, freely. You may not:
The Proprt name, logo, wording, screenshots, illustrations and page design are ours and remain ours. Third-party product names and logos shown on the site, for example the applications illustrated on the home page, belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe what Proprt replaces or works alongside. Their appearance does not imply any partnership or endorsement in either direction.
The site describes what Proprt does and what it is intended to do. It is marketing material, not a specification and not a promise about your particular case. Screenshots and figures are illustrative, and demonstration data shown on the site is fictional. Module availability, behaviour and configuration are agreed in your own contract, not here.
Booking a demo does not create any obligation on either side beyond attending the meeting.
We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or remove anything on it at any time without notice.
The site runs on infrastructure and services provided by others, and uses them to host the site, measure traffic and deliver email. Where a provider is involved, its own terms and privacy policy apply alongside ours. Links to other sites, including WhatsApp and our social accounts, are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including any decision made in reliance on marketing material here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
How we handle data is set out in the privacy notice and the cookie policy, which form part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the current version.
