Privacy notice
This notice covers the Proprt marketing website at proprt.app. It does not cover the Proprt application that agencies license, which is governed by a separate agreement.
Who is responsible
Proprt is a product of The IT WORK. For anything in this notice, or to ask what we hold about you, write to desk@proprt.app. We answer these ourselves; there is no ticket queue.
What we collect, and why
When you simply read the site
Google Analytics records that a page was viewed, roughly which country you were in, your device and browser type, and which link or search sent you here. We use it to see which pages bring agencies to us. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this runs only if you accept it. See the cookie policy for each cookie by name.
Cloudflare counts visits and page performance without setting any cookie, and separately looks at request patterns to tell automated traffic from people so the site stays available.
When you open the demo booking window
Opening the booking window sends us one notification containing the page you landed on, any campaign tags in the link you followed, the site that referred you, the time, and a random one-off identifier for that visit. We use it to know which pages produce demo interest.
That notification contains no name, email address or phone number. It tells us that someone opened the booking page and where they came from, nothing more.
When you actually book
The booking page is ours, on this domain, with no third-party calendar embedded in it. What you enter, your name, agency, email address, phone number, agency size, the areas you want covered, the countries you work in, any note you add and the time you chose, is stored in our own database and emailed to us so we can hold the meeting. We keep it to arrange and follow up on the demo.
Who else sees it
We do not sell data and we run no advertising or cross-site tracking. These providers process it on our behalf:

These providers operate internationally, so data may be processed outside your country, including outside the EEA.
How long we keep it
Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics. Booking notifications and any correspondence with you stay in our mailbox while we have a business reason to keep them, and we delete them on request.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or ask for a copy. Write to desk@proprt.app.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR and UK GDPR apply to you. Our legal basis is your consent for analytics, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and in responding to a demo request you started. You may withdraw consent at any time using , and you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This is a business product. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this notice changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
